ZIEMER
Founder / CEO
Most widely known for his company Third String Productions which produces the So What?! Music Festival in Texas, Ziemer has also been in artist management for 18 years. During the MySpace era, Ziemer was instrumental in the early success of several artists including Forever The Sickest Kids, The Ready Set, Artist Vs Poet, Memphis May Fire, In Fear & Faith, Red Car Wire, and many more. Between building (and later selling) a marketing company and running 200+ shows a year, Ziemer took a long break from focusing full time on management until 2018 when he saw the opportunity to bring together all of his skill sets of the last 15 years to a new and exciting company, Flip A Switch Music.

Starting out his journey in music in the 6th grade by experimenting with various instruments, Knipe found himself playing drums for a handful of Dallas area bands by the time he reached high school. It was during this time he met Mike Ziemer, a fan of one of those bands, and the two became close friends. Knipe was instrumental in the launch and initial success of Third String Productions in 2004 before leaving in the Fall to attend Texas A&M. After over a decade of business management and consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies, Knipe decided to return to the music industry in late 2018 to help Ziemer bring Flip A Switch to life.
MATT DUNNE
General Manager / Partner
Matt Dunne has worn many hats in the music industry. He graduated with a degree in Music Performance from Muhlenberg College in 2012 and since then has held roles in Artist Management, Marketing and Social Media, Synch and Music Supervision, and A&R. Matt is passionate about Artist Development and has a knack for Spotify Playlisting and Content Creation. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
